ボリスジョンソン首相の声明で今日からレストランやパブ・映画館などクローズとなるため、一旦はまさに外食という意味では「最後の晩餐」になりました。

もともと予約していたお店がコロナの影響でクローズしたとのことで、こちらのお店に変更に。

Accrording to a statement made by Boris Johnson, Restaurants, pubs and cinemas in the UK will close from today. So It was going to be like the last supper outside.
At first, I booked another restaurant, but I needed to change the restaurant because I was told it had closed.

ロンドン美味しいレストラン「CORE」コア バイ クレアスミス

レストランの場所は、映画「ノッティングヒルの恋人」で舞台であったノッティング・ヒル ❣

The place of the restaurant is in「Notting Hill」where is famous for the stage of the movie ❣

閑静な住宅地で、日本でいうと代官山とか広尾のイメージらしいのですが、本当にそうですね！

道を歩いていると家の中からオペラの歌声が聴こえてきました(^^♪

イギリスでも桜を植えているご家庭が☆

満開になっています🌸

Notting hill is a quiet residential area and it seems like Daikanyama or Hiroo in Japan.
I have really felt that it make sense!
Walking down the street, I could hear the singing voice like Opera and cherry blossoms are planted in England. It’s in full bloom🌸

This restaurant has been awarded 2 Michelin stars!

中に入るとバーカウンターと小さなテーブル席が。

Once enter inside, there is a bar counter and small table seats.

厨房はオープンキッチンになっています☆

The kitchen is wide open kitchen.☆

通されたテーブル席はお店の中央だったので、外の様子や左右共にお客様が見えるような配置のテーブル席でした。

My assigned table was better located in the center of the room, so I can see the outside through the windows and other guests around my table with great view.

開店直後だったのでまだお客様がいません。

コロナの影響でお客様が少ないのかと思いましたが、そんなことはなかったです。

すぐ満席になりました。

There are no guests just after opening. Firstly I thought there were few guests because of the Coronavirus impact. but It was soon getting full.

前菜が並べられましたが、このヴィジュアルだとどんな味だか想像できません。

でも最初に食べた、上の写真手前に載っているシューの中にはトリュフとパルメザンチーズが入っていて絶品でした✨

Appetizers lined up, I can’t imagine what it tastes like with this look.

But I ate it first, the Puff in front of the photo, it was excellent with truffle and parmesan cheese✨

前菜だけでも、とっても美味しく、日本の海苔を使用していたりと創作フレンチという感じです♪

Just an appetizer is very delicious, It is a dish which is made using Japanese seaweed♪

こちらのパンに関しては、ウェイトレスがいかにすごいのか説明してくれましたが理解できませんでした(・・;)

The waitress explained about bread to me, but I couldn’t understand it. (・・;)

素材の味が生かされて、とても美味しかったです！

What was used to cook the dish can be tasted very well and it is so delicious!

店内の雰囲気も料理も素晴らしかった「CORE」✨

恵比寿のロブションや銀座ロオジエのフランス料理が好きな人は喜ぶであろうレストランです。

The atmosphere and the food in the restrant were so great.「CORE」✨
If you prefer restaurant in Ebisu「Joel Robuchon」and Ginza「L’Osier」, you’ll be really happy.

こんな小さな柿みたいなデザート。

ババロアでした！

Such a small persimmon dessert. It was Bavaroa pudding!

一品一品が繊細なお味で大満足でした(*^▽^*)

Each one is very satisfied with the delicate taste！
